Netevia – an American high-tech group of companies specializing in mobile payments and value-added transaction services.

What you’ll be doing:

– Infrastructure & Automation: Manage and scale cloud (GCP, AWS) and on-premise environments. Administer Linux/Windows servers, VMs, and containers, automating routine operations using Terraform, Ansible, Bash, and Python.
– Container Orchestration: Support and scale Kubernetes clusters utilizing Helm and GitOps practices.
– CI/CD Engineering: Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines in GitLab.
– Network Architecture: Design and support core network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, firewalls, VPNs, and BGP.
– Observability & Incident Response: Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. Analyze system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
– AI-Assisted Operations: Utilize AI tools to optimize daily workflows, streamline script generation, and enhance incident resolution processes.
– ​​​​​​​Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Document infrastructure solutions and proactively propose technical enhancements to optimize the system.

What we’re looking for:

– Industry Experience: Proven DevOps or Infrastructure experience, specifically within FinTech or financial services.
– Cloud & System Administration: Practical expertise in managing cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) coupled with strong system administration skills across Linux/Windows servers, VMs, and containers.
– Container Orchestration: Production-level experience running Kubernetes and working with Helm.
– Automation & Scripting: Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), configuration management (Ansible), and scripting languages (Bash, Python).
– ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​AI Proficiency: Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate scripting, automation, and troubleshooting.
​​​​​​​– CI/CD: Deep background in designing, building, and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines, using GitLab/GitHub.
– Networking & Observability: Solid foundation in designing and supporting network infrastructure, along with hands-on experience implementing robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
– ​​​​​​​Security & Compliance: Extensive experience building secure, compliant infrastructure (PCI DSS, SOC2) and a strong grasp of core InfoSec principles (access management, network segmentation, host hardening, and secrets management).
